This first session will be based around the idea of being intentional about what we “feed our minds” and raising awareness to thought. “Every aspect of existence is defined by how you and I think. When we are intentional about managing our thoughts, everything changes.” We will delve into the areas in which we can improve our relationship with ourselves to improve relationships with others, mental and physical health, financial health, work, spiritual wellbeing, etc.
