We are just heading out of East Shore RV Park in San Dimas California http://www.eastshorervpark.com/facilities Even though this is still considered east Los Angeles, it is an adorable little town with a western theme throughout. We visited the farmers market and hung out at our campsite quite a bit utilizing our new propane fire pit…we love it. Since a lot of places don’t slow open fires, this is an excellent alternative. The views were spectacular, we felt like we were in the south of France. Anyone who is going to visit East Shore RV Park, I highly recommend asking for a site overlooking the lake. Our site was C – 39 which was really nice. There’s lots of grass and the sites have concrete slabs which is great! Probably the nicest campground in terms of the site itself, the view, and grassy areas.

We had a good time in Malibu prior to San Dimas. We laid low during the week and then went into Los Angeles and Venice Beach last weekend. We visited the California Science Museum https://www.californiasciencecenter.org/ which was really cool. Carson and Kennedy enjoyed the interactive activities. After that we ventured over to Venice Beach. Now that was an experience, quite an eclectic environment to say the least… we’ll leave it at that. LOL

The drive out of Malibu,on our way to San Dimas, down the Pacific Coast Hwy. was both beautiful and nail biting. Between the motorcycles zipping in between cars beside us and the cyclist riding on the edge of the shoulder of the road it’s a miracle we didn’t gain a new hood ornament!

We’re looking forward to a more laid back pace as we head north to Sequoia Forest, Yosemite and Yellowstone.

We hope you’re doing something fun and adventurous. We’ll be back to share our next adventure soon!! Xo
